On Friday, April 3, Littler's Sacramento office presented a webinar on dealing with COVID-19 in the workplace. More than 500 attendees generated over 100 questions, and we were unable to answer all of them in the allotted time. Plus, the laws relating to the pandemic are changing virtually every day.

Therefore, to address evolving labor and employment law challenges, we have decided to continue with a COVID-19 webinar on the First Friday of each month. The series is designed so that business leaders, human resources professionals, and in-house counsel can stay current with the best thinking that Littler has to offer during the crisis.

Each session will begin with a 30 minute update on recent legal developments, including practical suggestions and strategic thinking for responding to new COVID-19 challenges. We will then devote a full 30 minutes to an “open microphone" session to answer your questions.

Webinar is complimentary.

Login information will be provided to participants the day before the webinar.

CLE credit requires following State-by-State Guide for submission. CLE is not available for Kansas or Ohio.

SPHR/PHR and SHRM certifications are pending approval.

* What sectors and vertices have been most impacted

* How different sized businesses have been affected differently

* How the decline in hours track with the nation's response

Learn how to accelerate the transformation of the building sector to radically reduce and ultimately eliminate the embodied carbon in building materials and construction.

Gain an understanding of embodied carbon and how to take action to reduce carbon emissions. Embodied carbon refers to carbon dioxide emitted during the manufacture, transport and construction of building materials, together with the use phase and end of life emissions.

Learn about the Embodied Carbon in Construction Calculator (EC3) Tool, an open source tool for architects, engineers, owners, construction companies, building material suppliers and policy makers to compare and reduce embodied carbon emissions from construction materials.

Experience a case study on embodied carbon for a major adaptive reuse project.
