The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced a two-part webinar on February 14, 2024 and February 28, 2024 on the employer requirement to submit workplace injury and illness data using the Injury Tracking Application.

The February 14 webinar will explain the process for electronically submitting 2023 workplace injury and illness data through OSHA’s online Injury Tracking Application. The February 28 webinar will be an overview of OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements and will address common mistakes made by employers, incentive and disincentive programs, and tips on how an employer can effectively audit their record keeping program.
